个人学习工作简介

林燕博士2010年毕业于安徽科技学院生物工程专业获得学士学位；

2014年5月于合肥工业大学食品科学专业获得硕士学位；

2019年12月毕业于合肥工业大学食品科学专业获得博士学位，导师为刘健教授；

2020年6月入职18款禁用软件app免费版担任实验教师。

主要研究领域与方向

在秀丽隐杆线虫中建立以葡萄糖和棕榈酸诱导脂肪沉积的模型，研究发现外周溶酶体组织蛋白酶L（CTSL）通过中枢血清素（5-HT）信号，即“外周CTSL-中枢5-HT”环路，调控线虫和小鼠的脂肪沉积；在此基础上研究确定了饮食黄酮类化合物木犀草素通过该环路调控线虫脂肪沉积；并利用该环路建立了降脂天然产物的线虫体内筛选平台。
