个人学习工作简介
2007年7月毕业于安徽师范大学生物技术专业;2012年6月于华中科技大学武汉光电国家研究中心获生物医学工程博士学位;2012年8月起在德国默克公司(上海)生命科学部门任技术支持科学家;2013年9月进入合肥工业大学。2018年9月至2019年.9月,在纽芬兰纪念大学生物化学系进行访学。

食品功能成分分离、分析及功能研究
代表性研究成果
针对食品中的功能成分,发展了多种有效分离方法,包括:鸢尾黄素(ZL201810562863.6)、竹叶多酚(ZL201710246445.1)、木麻黄素(ZL201610956830.0)和5-O-没食子酰奎宁酸(ZL201510909080.7)等。
